Clay 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
For aspiring teachers, or anyone ready to go deeper in their practice. Eight in-person weekends in downtown Provo. Yoga Alliance registered, RYT-200 eligible.

Schedule
Thursdays and Fridays 5 to 9 PM, Saturdays 8 AM to 2 PM.
112 hours in person, 30 hours online anatomy, the rest homework and practice, with one year to complete.
What you'll study
Rooted in Ashtanga and vinyasa. You'll study philosophy, the Yoga Sutras, the yamas and niyamas, pranayama, and anatomy, with a full breakdown of the Short Primary sequence. You'll also learn sequencing, the business of yoga, and Yoga Alliance credentialing.

They guide you in person through all eight weekends and meet you where you are, whether you're new to yoga or refining your practice.
Tuition
Pay in full for $2,800 and save $200, or reserve with a $500 deposit and pay the remaining $2,500 by the end of the program. Minimum enrollment is 10 students.
Cancel by October 29 and everything but the $500 deposit is refunded.
Enrollment and refund policy
- The $500 deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel the program.
- Cancel by October 29: full refund minus the deposit.
- After that, no refunds and full tuition is due.
- You may miss up to one weekend if you make it up with the program director.

Questions
Is this Yoga Alliance registered?
Yes. Clay is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, and graduates can register as an RYT-200.
Do I need to be a teacher already?
No. Aspiring teachers, established teachers, and dedicated practitioners are all welcome.
How much work is outside of class?
Beyond the 112 in-person hours and the 30-hour online anatomy course, the rest is homework, personal practice, and reading.
